By accessing or using Vybflow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Vybflow is a web-based guitar songwriting companion that provides:
- Chord diagrams and audio playback
- Drum pattern library with looping
- Song composition tools with keyboard shortcuts
- Music theory lessons and tutorials
- Song saving and sharing capabilities (requires account)
3. User Accounts
To save songs and access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of all songs and content you create using Vybflow. By making content public, you grant us a license to display and share that content as part of the Service.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to create or share content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempts to exploit or harm other users
5. Acceptable Use

The Vybflow name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are our property. The Service software, design, and content (excluding user-generated content) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Free Service
Vybflow is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or tiers in the future. We will provide notice of any such changes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
